Please read through the shipping and delivery policy of Vilak Kahas before you look forward for any concerns. All the rights, to change the shipping charges at any time, are reserved by the company.

Delivery Time

Usually the shipping time of a product is 7-10 business days. However, it may vary depending on customer’s location.

Shipping or Delivery Charges 

Shipping charges are decided by the company ( Vilak Kahas ) and these should be reflected in the cart, while customer checks out for the added product. In case a product has no shipping charge , it will be also mentioned there, when a customer adds a product in cart and clicks on check out.

Shipping Charges in case of Replacement or Exchange the Product

All the shipping charges will be taken care by the customer, if a product is replaced or exchanged. For example a product was delivered without any shipping charge, when it was purchased. But if the product needs to be replaced or exchanged then the customer needs to bear the shipping charge for new product delivery and while sending the Shipping return to Company.

Refund of Shipping Cost 

As this product comes under FMCG product, so it is non refundable or returnable, hence no shipping charges will be reimbursed in any condition.
