Refund and Replacement

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is not valid for Vilak Super Aata, because it is a FMCG ( Fast-moving consumer goods). FMCG products have a short shelf life because of high consumer demand (e.g., soft drinks and confections) or because they are perishable (e.g., meat, dairy products, and baked goods). This is the reason, Vilak Super Aata comes with no return and refund policy, rather only replacement is possible.

Replacement can be arranged under the following reason only: if the Product is expired; orif the wrong Product, which is different from the Order, is delivered.

If you have received an expired or different product and you fall in category to get your product replaced, you need to make a clear video of opening the package, where it shows that product is valid to be replaced.

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, rather raise your concern over the e-mail and follow the procedure as informed over the e-mail.

Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or replacement the product.

If approved, then your replacement will be sent to you in 10-15 business days but you have to bear the shipping cost for the replacement. Further, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing replacement

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not entertain the exchange of product.

Shipping the replacement eligible product

In order to get your product replaced, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-adjustable. Also, you have to bear the shipping cost of replaced product. Company will not bear any shipping cost, either returning the product or shipping you the replacement product.
